EXPANDING THE
EXTRAORDINARY

At Crestview Preparatory School, we believe childhood is extraordinary. This guiding truth inspires us to honor each child’s potential, nurture joyful learning, and strengthen the caring community that defines Crestview.

Today, we face a pivotal opportunity to ensure our facilities reflect the excellence of our mission. Our vision includes a new gathering space at the heart of campus, an expanded library, dedicated art and music studios, a TK classroom, and welcoming administrative areas. These enhancements will allow Crestview students to learn, create, and thrive in an environment that embodies our core values and prepares them for a bright future.

  • “We have been a Crestview family for 6 years. We believe in giving to a program that always places our children first, advocates for our family, and is fully invested in both educational growth and the social-emotional development of each child. Choosing Crestview is the best decision we have ever made for our kids.”

  • “We watched our son blossom at Crestview over the 5 years he was a student here. Thanks to the incredibly nurturing and supportive culture that Crestview is rooted in, he graduated with a strong sense of self and a heart filled with gratitude. This is why we wanted to be a part of this campaign, so that Crestview can continue changing children’s lives, like it did for our family.”

  • “Crestview has been incredibly resourceful with its limited facilities to date, but the time has come to invest in ourselves to support Crestview’s mission of empowering students to learn joyfully within a caring community that fosters belonging. We understand the importance of arts, music, design thinking, TK, and the library and how these help make Crestview such a special place for our children to learn and grow.”

Join us!  Let’s create a Crestview where our facilities match our aspirations - a place where every child can reach their full potential!

A one-time gift offers immediate impact and can be made anytime throughout the duration of the campaign. One-time campaign donations will be recognized in the calendar year the gift is made, as well as in long term campaign-specific recognition opportunities.

Donors who wish to make a larger financial commitment may choose to do so over either three or five years and are instrumental in helping provide stable and predictable funding for the duration of the campaign.

For more information about making a MULTI-YEAR PLEDGE, please email Crestview's Director of Advancement

The Crestview Community is comprised of many grandparents and other valued members of our students' families.  A family gift creates a lasting legacy of support and may be recognized in a way that recognizes multiple generations of giving.

For more information about making a FAMILY DONATION, please email Crestview's Director of Advancement

Gifts of stock are an excellent option for donors who wish to give both one-time or via multi-year pledge. Donors may receive certain tax advantages by directly transferring appreciated securities, potentially increasing the gift's value and maximizing tax benefits compared to donating cash.

This capital improvement project is so important to the future learning of our children. The cost is not something that our annual operating budget can accommodate; making this happen will require support from our current and past families. We are asking that every family give a gift that they feel is appropriate. Our goal is that every family who has experienced the joy of Crestview for their children, or themselves, can donate. And we are happy to have a private conversation with you to determine what gift amount is appropriate and how a continuation over time can work for you. We are so grateful for the passion for the Crestview programs in our community, and we hope that this can translate into improved facilities, and inspire and motivate our students.

The Crestview Annual Fund is our fundraising effort each year.  Money raised supports Crestview’s operating budget and literally helps keep the lights on.  The Crestview Fund also supports our robust financial aid fund, yearly campus maintenance and improvements and teacher development. The Capital Campaign is a short-term project that is raising money for a specific purpose - in this case - the new building.  The money raised for the capital campaign is restricted for use in the project and may not be used for other needs.

We are so grateful to every family for making Crestview a philanthropic priority.  Gifts of all amounts are truly appreciated and support our goals of providing the best educational experience for every student at Crestview.  If your family is able to support our Annual Fund AND make a pledge to the Capital Campaign, it would be hugely impactful.  If you are not able to do both, we ask that you prioritize the Crestview Fund.

Our biggest priority is that our students and community will be minimally impacted by the building project.  With that in mind, the materials that we’ve chosen are modular and will be manufactured off-site.  Our plan is that the library, art/music rooms, and admin offices will be demoed in the late spring of 2027, and the new building will be built during the summer break.  All of the classrooms and the majority of Crestview Park will not be impacted by the demolition.

While we are very excited about our expansion into 7th and 8th grade, Crestview’s new middle school program will not impact the building project on our current campus.  In fact, the long-term plan to move 6th grade to the middle school will create new spaces on our current campus for our expanded TK class and a redoubling of our priority for child-centered learning.  The funding model for the middle school program also does not rely on extensive fundraising, so we are prioritizing the building project in our capital campaign efforts.

Thank you for your investment in Crestview’s future.  If you are able to support the capital campaign, you may pledge an amount that is payable over three or five years if that allows you to stretch your support beyond what might be possible in one year.  Alumni and their families are encouraged to consider a one-time gift of their graduation year. We also encourage you to consider a gift of stock as a way to maximize your tax benefits for your contribution.  As always, if you have any questions about making a donation, please contact the Office of Advancement at 818-952-0925.
